Basic outboard maintenance

There are a lot of videos on the internet, some are good and some shall we say of dubious quality and content. While researching a story that I have just written for my column in the April issue of Lakeland Boating on engines I came across this video of how to look after an outboard motor. It is based around a 4 cylinder Yamaha engine but the basics hold true for every engine irrespective of the manufacturer. Not perhaps the best in terms of the way that it has been shot or edited but I do like the content.
