Hey Mark! Great info on boat heaters. I live in Saint John, New Brunswick, Canada, and plan to install a diesel Dickinson Newport next year. I like all of your blogs BTW. Your projects and advice are always very practical.

On my Mason sailboat, I've been using a Tiny-tot coal stove. Check out Fatscostoves.com for their catalog. Love the dry heat it puts out. Dorade boxes feed fresh air in. Makes mid-Sept to mid-Oct the best month in Maine!
